Coaching
As a Professional Certified Coach, I help leaders stay grounded in their purpose and humanity while navigating the very real pressures of organizational life. I support executive leaders and middle managers to lead with clarity and courage, even when the path forward is uncertain. Through one-on-one coaching, I walk alongside individuals discerning career moves, strengthening their authentic leadership approach, and reconnecting them to their core purpose. Facilitation
I work with teams and groups to move through conflict with honesty and care, communicate across difference, and create structures that support clarity, trust, and accountability. My facilitation approach focuses on helping people reconnect to one another and to the shared work they are here to do. Whether guiding a team through organizational change or holding space for community members divided by political or cultural tensions, I create environments where authentic dialogue can flourish and collaborative solutions can emerge.
Training
I provide energizing, interactive adult learning experiences that build practical skills with real-world applications. My training programs focus on strengthening communication, cultivating systems of feedback and accountability, and fostering organizational cultures where people can show up as their full selves. Each training experience is designed to meet participants where they are while providing concrete tools they can immediately implement in their work. Through experiential learning, reflection, and practice, I help teams and organizations develop the capabilities needed to create more human-centered workplaces.
